1. Who We Are

NexAlc is a free online calculator suite built and operated by Moeed Khan, a web developer and SEO specialist based in Pakistan. The site is accessible at nexalc.com.

2. What Data We Collect

Personal data you enter into tools: none collected. Every calculation on NexAlc — mortgage payments, BMI, currency conversions, tip splits, age calculations, percentages, countdown timers — is processed entirely within your browser. No input data is sent to our servers.

We may collect the following non-personal, anonymous data through third-party services (see Section 4):

• Aggregate page view counts and traffic sources (via analytics)
• Browser type and operating system (anonymised)
• General geographic region (country or city level, not precise location)
• Pages visited and time on page

We do not collect names, email addresses, payment information, or any data that identifies you personally.

3. How We Use Data

The limited anonymous analytics data we collect is used solely to understand which tools are most useful and how to improve the site. We do not:

• Sell data to third parties
• Use data for targeted advertising of our own
• Build user profiles or track individuals across sessions
• Share data with any third party except as described in Section 4

4. Third-Party Services

NexAlc uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:

• Foreign Exchange Data Feeds: Used by the Currency Converter to fetch live mid-market exchange rates. When you use the currency tool, exchange rate requests query real-time market feeds. No personal data or identifiable information is sent — requests contain only standard currency pair identifiers.
• Google Fonts: Fonts are loaded from Google's CDN. Google may log the request. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google AdSense: NexAlc displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to websites. You can opt out at adssettings.google.com. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Netlify: NexAlc is hosted on Netlify. Netlify may log standard server access data (IP address, browser, requested URL) for security and performance purposes. See Netlify's Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies

NexAlc itself does not set any first-party cookies. Google AdSense and Google Fonts (third-party services) may set cookies as described in their respective privacy policies.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not affect your ability to use any NexAlc calculator — all tools function without cookies.

6. Your Rights (GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA)

Because NexAlc does not collect personal data, most data subject rights (access, erasure, portability) are not applicable — there is simply no personal data held to act upon.

For California residents: NexAlc does not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA.

7. Children's Privacy

NexAlc does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The site's tools are informational and general-purpose in nature. If you believe a child has provided personal data through our site, contact us and we will investigate.

8. Data Security

Since NexAlc processes all calculations client-side and collects no personal data, there is no personal data at risk on our servers. The site is served over HTTPS. Third-party services have their own security measures as described in their respective policies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of NexAlc after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
